Dear Brothers & Sisters, 

Paul has been teaching the Corinthians about how Christian freedom can harm a weak brother & even draw us into idolatry. Anything that we love more than God is an idol.  Today, he asks them if they’d like to provoke God’s jealousy. We ask today “where is the line? At what point do I anger God?” Because no one can stand in the midst of an all-consuming God.  It’s an answer we all need to know AND you’re going to find that you have crossed that line countless times.  

Thank goodness we have a Savior, Jesus Christ, crucified for repentant sinners!

Let us not provoke God's Jealousy but His mercy, let us repent of our sins.
