Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
This morning we're taking a break from our wonderful study of the book of Romans. We'll look at Psalm 96 (and some other passages) to answer this question: Why do we sing?
Along with that question comes other questions that we will seek to answer. The Apostle Paul said in Colossians 3:16, "Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God."
I pray that this morning you will sing with all your heart! And that through God's Word you will be reminded of why you do so. Or maybe, you will learn why for the very first time.
Grace and peace,
Psalm 150: 1-6
1 Corinthians 14:26
