Greetings brothers and sisters.

We continue to examine the apostle Paul’s letter to the very young original church in Rome.

The title of our message is “Welcoming One Another “ part II.

Here as was the case in the cities of Galatia and Corinth, there’s a natural rift between Jew and Gentile.  Paul would have them welcome each other anyway.  In chapters 14 - 15:7  he addressed the strong, specificially the Gentile who knew they weren’t saved by ceremonial law but by faith in Christ alone. Now, in our text today, he pivots to the weak, specifically the Jew in vss 7-13.

Whether weak or strong in faith, it is God’s will for our lives to “welcome one another.”

Until all hear the Glad Tidings.
